$125.00 per hour

(One hour minimum includes travel and onsite time)
Does not include a written report.
Written reports are $125.00 per office hour.

  • Includes travel of no more than 30 minutes in:
    • San Diego [north to and including: Del Mar,Rancho Penasquitos, Rancho Bernardo] & Poway.
    • Southbay
    • East County [up to Descanso, downtown Ramona, downtown Jamul].
  • Travel time beyond above areas to be negotiated before consultation.

This is the colorful conk of the Turkey Tail or Rainbow Conk, Trametes versicolor, a white rot usually found on cut and fallen wood. This fungus can actively invade the cambium.

 

EXPERT WITNESS, LEGAL, MEDIATION
[All rates include travel except deposition reading and report writing]

$175.00/hr for court, office visits [two hour minimum].

$275.00 for depositions [2 hour minimum]

$125.00/hr for investigative or field work [one hour minimum].

$125.00 per office hour for deposition reading/correcting and report writing.

Retainer is $750.00 (non-refundable)
